SECUTIX launches Lottery 2.0

SECUTIX has launched Lottery 2.0, a mobile-first lottery system that has been designed to ensure tickets are secured by true fans.

 

Lottery 2.0 is an evolution of the company’s current lottery solution, and helps to eliminate the stress of rushed ticket sales, ensuring a fair experience for fans while maximising conversion rates for event organisers.

We’ve responded to the market’s needs with Lottery 2.0, which ensures a fairer and more efficient process, reducing potential public backlash and improving conversion rates.”

 

Key features of the updated system include automatic payment capture, which reduces drop-offs by securing payment when an application is selected (optional setting for organisers), ensuring more winners pay and collect their tickets.

 

Additionally, suspicious application cleansing will enable organisers to filter out fraudulent entries before ticket allocation, and flexible ticket management will support multiple seat categories and packages, fully integrated with Secutix’s S-360 contact database for seamless operations. New lotteries can be configured in just a few minutes through a unified portal, with all designs aiming to enhance the user and fan experience.
