The 2025 British Grand Prix welcomed more than half a million spectators across the event weekend – the highest-attended Grand Prix worldwide in 30 years. Digital ticketing played a pivotal role in enabling smoother entry flows, reducing on-the-day ticketing issues, and enhancing real-time communication with fans.
Through the Silverstone Ticket App, powered by SECUTIX, fans now benefit from simple ticket transfers, faster entry via mobile scanning, and seamless event access. Push notifications provide dynamic, real-time updates, improving both the fan experience and operational responsiveness on event days.
Beyond General Admission ticketing, Silverstone now also manages hospitality sales using SECUTIX tools, consolidating ticketing, premium experiences and VIP services within a single integrated platform.
This streamlined approach simplifies the purchase and management of hospitality packages, including premium offerings such as the new Landostand, while enabling Silverstone’s commercial team to deliver a more personalised, data-driven experience for all guests.
For the 2026 British Grand Prix, Silverstone has introduced SECUTIX’s ticket protection. This will help boost sales conversions and improve customer service satisfaction.
Renewing with Silverstone reflects their confidence in the stability, scalability and performance of the SECUTIX platform and teams, We’re proud to continue our partnership with Silverstone, one of the highlights of the British sporting calendar. We look forward to introducing new features, including an upgraded ticket shop, that will help Silverstone continue to evolve and delight its fans.
