SECUTIX has announced a partnership with recently promoted Worcestershire County Cricket Club.

The agreement will see Worcestershire use the full SECUTIX Platform consisting of S-360, TIXNGO and SECUTIX Pay.  A key new addition will be a Worcestershire-branded wallet for digital tickets, powered by SECUTIX’s TIXNGO system. Using digital tickets means fans will have a secure mobile solution for entry into New Road.

The move to SECUTIX will also see all tickets for cricket and events at New Road handled by one cloud-based platform. This includes memberships, tickets for competitions and matches plus tickets for the many events that take place at New Road throughout the year from Concerts and quiz nights to the popular Member’s carvery lunches.

SECUTIX’s S-Pay will give the Club a centralized system offering end-to-end ticket payment processing for every sales channel and payment method. The ticketing company’s access control tools will also be employed for easy access into New Road and to provide real-time information on fans entering the ground.

Joe Tromans, Head of Commercial & Partnerships of Worcestershire, said:

“Working with SECUTIX’s advanced digital tools means we can provide a one-stop shop for all things cricket and entertainment. They have a great track record in cricket and are proving to be a collaborative partner, working with us to give our fans a first-class ticketing experience.”

David Hornby, SECUTIX UK and Ireland Managing Director, added:

“We’re thrilled to add Worcestershire to our growing stable of cricket clients. We’re looking forward to working with Ashley and his team, providing insights to help meet the Club’s commercial objectives and the latest technological innovations to enable a smooth ticketing journey for fans.”
