SECUTIX’s SaaS-based ticketing engagement platform includes a full suite of white-label ticketing solutions and is expanding its CRM offerings with Salesforce through open platform technologies and best practices—leveraging JCA consulting firm for cultural arts and attractions. 

 

For the past two years, SECUTIX has seen a growing demand for market requirements and has established a two-pronged approach to develop a near real-time, bidirectional integration between SECUTIX and Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud. The solution delivers an enterprise level capability which unlocks use across organizations, from ticketing to development, finance, and marketing. 

 

SECUTIX empowers organizations through innovation by developing technologies that    are easy to integrate, flexible to meet changing business conditions and provide growth, revenue, engagement, and insights. The new integration maximizes results from both SECUTIX and Salesforce.

According to McDermott, the integration with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud connects a multi-faceted, and often siloed, ecosystem together and empowers organizations to integrate at their own pace and take control of what and how events are happening, regardless of the type of event, and leveraging expertise from industry experts like JCA.
