Adam Summerell will support SECUTIX's  growing demand in the Americas

SECUTIX has hired Adam Summerell as a senior solutions architect of the Americas.  Summerell will bring his more than 20 years of collegiate and professional sports team ticketing expertise to highlight the value of SECUTIX’s advanced SaaS and Blockchain-based solutions for customers in the Americas. SECUTIX is also moving from Boca Raton to a larger office in Fort Lauderdale to meet the growing demand in the Americas.

"Adam’s deep ticketing industry expertise and experience with US sports teams provides our team in the Americas with the knowledge to discuss the benefits and value of our controlled loop ticketing platform to the North American customers looking for a better way to manage their ticketing operations and improve the fan experience," said Michael McDermott, general manager of SECUTIX Americas

Summerell worked for some of the most well-known sports teams and stadiums in the United States. His career in sports started with the Orange Bowl Committee in 2003 through the 2005 BCS National Championship game. He then joined the Miami Dolphins and spent 10+ years with the Miami Dolphins and Hard Rock Stadium, ultimately leading Ticket Operations for both the team and stadium. Summerell then joined the Florida Panthers and FLA LIVE Arena for six plus years and oversaw all sales, service, and operations for the team and arena. Most recently, Summerell worked at Inter Miami CF in sales and operations. Summerell has been involved in many technology advancements at each stop of his career including mobile ticketing, access control, loaded value tickets, and ticketing app integration.

“I am very excited to join SECUTIX and help drive its business within the live events sector in the Americas,” said Summerell. “I believe US sports and entertainment organizations want to have complete control of the ticketing process, data, and fees to grow revenue, improve fan engagement, and reduce fraud. We are THE new way to buy and use tickets.”

In order to meet the planned growth, SECUTIX is moving the Americas headquarters to Fort Lauderdale into a larger office. The new location is located in a growing technology hub in South Florida.

"The North American market wants to leverage the success experienced by UEFA, Stade de France with the international artists such us Ed Sheeran and BlackPink, Opera D’ Paris, to name a few customers using our unique solution and the associated success,” said McDermott. “We are receiving new inquiries every week to learn more about how we are providing a better way for organizations to have 100 percent control of their ticketing to grow revenue and improve fans experience.”
