The Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini, one of Italy’s most prestigious symphony orchestras, has chosen SECUTIX as its new ticketing and audience management partner. This collaboration represents a key milestone for SECUTIX, opening a new market segment in Italy and strengthening its presence among leading cultural institutions across Europe.

Founded in 1975 in Parma, the Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini is recognised as one of Italy’s foremost symphonic ensembles. Through the implementation of S-360 and S-Pay, SECUTIX will empower the Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini with a fully digitalized ticketing and payment ecosystem.

• S-360, SECUTIX’s open cloud-based ticketing and audience management platform, will enable the orchestra to sell tickets across multiple channels, manage seating plans and subscriptions, and gain actionable insights into customer behaviour through native advanced analytics and CRM tools.

• S-Pay, SECUTIX’s integrated payment solution, will simplify and secure all payment operations, offering a unified experience across online and box-office channels while providing real-time visibility and control over transactions.

The collaboration officially went live in June 2025, marking the first deployment of the SECUTIX S-360 platform by a symphony orchestra in Italy - a pioneering step that paves the way for further expansion into the Italian cultural sector.
