SECUTIX is delighted to officially confirm its status as Ticketing Technology Partner for The Guinness Storehouse, Ireland’s most popular tourist destination.
The multi-year agreement will see SECUTIX’s S-360 ticketing engagement solution used across all of Diageo’s Irish brand homes, including the Roe & Co distillery in Dublin, the Smithwick’s Experience in Kilkenny, as well as the iconic Guinness Storehouse.
SECUTIX has a proven track record working with visitor attractions and cultural events across Europe, including the Museé des Confluences in Lyon, the Pompidou Centre in Paris as well as visitor attractions operated by brands such as Lindt, Nestlé and Mont Blanc. This announcement welcomes the first client for SECUTIX in Ireland to a distinguished list.
SECUTIX’s open cloud platform and suite of APIs will help transform Diageo’s audience engagement strategy, providing insights that will attract and build loyalty from both the international and domestic markets.
David Hornby, SECUTIX UK and Ireland MD, said: “We’re very proud that our first client in Ireland is one of the country’s most iconic visitor attractions. We will work with the team to deliver a more consumer driven experience and strategy, make the ticket buying process as simple as possible and help grow and diversify their visitor base through better data acquisition.”
