The multi-national men’s cricket team representing the mainly English-speaking countries and territories in the Caribbean region has announced the partnership with SECUTIX. The focus of the partnership is a new online, fan-friendly ticket selection and purchasing experience.
With more than 125 international customers and a presence in ten countries, SECUTIX now expands in the Americas.
This partnership will allow West Indian fans to purchase tickets from any home or mobile device for all 2022 season games. This new service will allow the fans to print out the tickets at home or display them directly on mobile devices.
The new ticketing service will be available very soon through the Cricket West Indies website and will be offering in advance tickets and hospitality booking for every “Windies” home game. This service will automatically deliver the tickets to the fan’s mobile devices, but they can also print the tickets at home.
Thanks to this new partnership, the Windies fans will be able to select their prefered seat without having a queue. It will also allow fans to receive discounts or promotions from the merchandise and food & beverage offers linked to their tickets, always based on their profile and history of attendance.
The international games that the Windies will play from January to March will be sold online first, including the England T20I and Test tour of the Caribbean. Due to this partnership, CWI will benefit from access to leading software and blockchain technology. This will drive to increasing ticketing revenues to prevent ticket fraud and a reduction in operation costs.
