Once installed, SecuTix will provide service in the most emblematic venues and cultural entities of Donostia, such as the Kursaal Centre, Victoria Eugenia Theatre, Main Theatre, Musical Fortnight and four cultural centres. All of them will have complete operational autonomy, while at the same time it will be possible to coordinate at different levels their offers of tickets, season tickets and other types of added services, both their own and those of third parties. It will be possible to enable different forms of payment, activate new marketing channels, improve the knowledge of viewers through a CRM, create different types of season tickets to attract new groups and cross-sell, among other features; in general it is a question of improving the processes of purchase and communication, as well as offering a better experience and engagement to the final consumer with the aim of loyalty.
Jesús Cobo, responsible for this project from SecuTix, indicates that :

The system, in addition to being available in Euskera, will also be available in 5 other languages, which will make it easier for visitors to use.
