THE EUROPEAN PROVIDER OF THE INTEGRATED TICKET MANAGEMENT PLATFORM HAS REVOLUTIONIZED THE SALES OF THE CLUB IN LESS THAN 2 YEARS

SecuTix, the European provider of an integrated white label ticketing and audience management platform for sport, culture and entertainment, reveals the results of its partnership with TFC. The Ligue 1 club was looking for a new ticketing solution to be more operationally efficient and expand its area of influence by targeting new audiences through new “media” and digital channels.

Since 2017, SecuTix 360° is integrated with Orange Business Services, a long-time provider for TFC. With Secutix, Orange Business Services has enriched its service offering and its “connected stadium” proposal, which plays a crucial role in the development of marketing strategies for stadiums, sports clubs and federations, since it provides access to essential data in the prediction and expectations of the buying behavior of spectators and supporters.

TFC’s online season ticket sales have increased by more than 130% since the adoption of the solution in 2017. In less than two years, SecuTix has also enabled the club to sell more than 10,000 B2B 2 C tickets, to integrate 100 new digital distribution points in amateur football clubs around Toulouse and to develop a specific sales channel for students.
