Press Release

Paris, Lausanne, 6 July, 2017 – SecuTix, the global provider of a SaaS ticketing engagement platform for the sports, culture and leisure industries, has announced a commercial and technological partnership in France with Orange Business Services, an Orange Group company dedicated to the business sector.

The partnership underlines SecuTix’s commitment to increasing its presence in the sports industry and the Orange Business Services drive to enhance its service offering while adapting to changing customer needs.

Used by several stadiums, sports clubs and federations including Stade de France, Saracens, Le Havre Athletic Club and Euro 2016, SecuTix 360° is a cloud ticketing and audience development platform offered as a service. The solution manages all ticketing processes across all channels and has an integrated CRM (Customer Relationship Management) module that facilitates targeted marketing communications.

Sports institutions reinvent themselves to offer top class customer service

Sports institutions today are looking to increase their revenues and remain competitive while also offering increasingly high-quality and personalised services with a focus on the emotional experience that is central to sporting events.

Digital solutions are a major asset in meeting this challenge. Thanks to special applications, fans can already buy their tickets with a smartphone, go through secure access controls, be guided from the stadium entrance to their seats, order and pay for drinks from their seats, access videos and slow motion action replays during the match, download statistics, or enter competitions. This unparalleled spectator journey is already in place at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais and Stade Toulousain.

The SecuTix-Orange Business Services partnership means that clubs and stadiums can create a personalised experience for their fans, not only on the day of the event but also at ticket purchase and post-event, for example via targeted marketing communication and special offers.

Christian Binelli, General Manager of SecuTix France:

“Orange Business Services makes a natural partner for SecuTix. We’ve already collaborated on the Stade de France project, and thanks to our partnership we’ll be supporting a wide range of national and international sports ventures taking place in France.”

François-Xavier Millat, Director of Digital eXperience at Orange Applications for Business:

“We chose SecuTix for its knowledge of events and its feature-rich technology, which has proved it can adapt to the ever-changing needs of the market. I’m confident in the potential of this partnership because we’re now offering an innovative global solution that’s unique to the sporting events market and opens up new opportunities in live entertainment, cities and museums.”
