SecuTix appoints new Managing Director for the D/A/CH region to grow the business in German-speaking countries

Lausanne, Munich, London, Paris, Madrid – 30th March 2017 – SecuTix SA, the global provider of a ticketing engagement platform for the sports, culture and leisure industries, has appointed Norbert Stockmann as its new Managing Director for the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland).

Norbert Stockmann joins SecuTix with the remit to establish SecuTix as the leading white-label ticketing engagement platform in the German-speaking ticketing market as the company continues to expand across Europe.

Several well-known names from the event, culture and sports sector are already using the SaaS ticketing platform SecuTix 360° to maximise ticket sales and engage with their audience, including UEFA, Messe Berlin, Pierre Boulez Saal in Berlin, Opéra National de Paris, Stade de France in Paris, FIFA Museum, Zoo Zurich and Theater Basel.

The appointment of Norbert Stockmann comes on the back of the recent announcement of SecuTix’ new team for the UK and Ireland.

Norbert Stockmann brings almost 30 years of broad experience in a variety of sales and international management positions in the areas of ticketing, e-commerce, mobile apps and enterprise software, as well as familiarity with the German-speaking market and the ticketing ecosystem. Previously, he was the CEO of Ticket Online (which today belongs to CTS Eventim) and XING Events, a SaaS ticketing solution.
