Missions and responsibilities

You will join an onboarding team whose mission is to deploy and configure our ticketing and CRM solution, to support our customers in change management and to foster the adoption of our solution.

Main activities:

  • Plan and coordinate the deployment of our solution according to standard process and tools, monitor all activities.
  • Ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope, quality and budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Organize and lead business and technical workshops.
  • Organize and lead steering committees.
  • Train customers to use our solution.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, propose and implement appropriate remedial actions when required.
  • Involvement in presales activities (demonstration, functional requirements analysis, …).

You will need to show:

  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Agility, a strong sense of commitment and the discipline to focus.
  • An ability to work well under pressure.
  • Advanced IT skills (hardware, development & API).
  • PMP certification or similar.
  • Languages: English (Fluent) – Spanish is an additional asset.

Work experience

  • 5+ years of experience as Project Manager in an IT service company.
  • Familiar with SaaS solution or experience in operating a ticketing system for a live entertainment/leisure organization.
  • The position is based in South Florida.
