SecuTix is partner of FRC Ticket Check Campaign. A campaign initiated by the FRC, consumers federation for the French- speaking part of Switzerland, conducted in cooperation with partners sensitive to the defense of consumer rights and the fight against the grey ticketing market.

A regrettably effective pitfall

The Fédération romande des consommateurs  receives complaints daily from people who feel they were cheated when they bought tickets online.

Be careful

  • Inform your customers to make sure you are on the site of the authorised ticketing office
  • Ask them to verify seat availability and ticket prices
  • Let them know they need to check the terms and conditions of admission to an event
