New team

SECUTIX is expanding its DACH team around Managing Director Norbert Stockmann: from now on, this team will be complemented by Alexander Titze as Head of Delivery, who will be moving to us from Bundesliga club FC Augsburg. Petra Streffer has been supporting the sales team as Sales Manager for Live Entertainment since January.

As the new Head of Delivery for the DACH region, Alexander Titze will be supervising the project managers, who are responsible for implementing the Ticketing Cloud Solution on the customer side. His competencies lie specifically in his technical know-how and the scaling of projects. At SECUTIX, he will not only be expanding the sports division, but also all other verticals. In his role as Head of Ticketing for FC Augsburg and co-spokesperson of the Bundesliga's ticketing working group, he has gained a lot of experience in the industry over the past eleven years, as well as sound knowledge of the overall market. Last summer, he was also Venue Ticketing Manager for the EURO2020 in Munich for UEFA. Various well-known sports clubs and associations already use the SaaS Ticketing Platform S-360 to maximise their ticket sales and interact with their target groups, including UEFA, RB Leipzig, Ajax Amsterdam, Young Boys Bern, EV Zug, FC Everton and the Ryder Cup.

"One of the reasons and triggers for switching to SECUTIX was – beyond my sports expertise – to learn more about the other areas," explains Alexander Titze. "As a result of the change of perspective from a user to a provider of ticketing solutions, the most exciting challenge for me will be to expand the various verticals at SECUTIX and to further develop the software in line with the market. In addition to the fact that I will still be working in the (sports ticketing) industry, I look forward to gathering new experiences in the area of museums, culture & live events."

Petra Streffer is also looking forward to the new challenge.

"I am very much looking forward to supporting SECUTIX as Sales Manager for Live Entertainment and using my previous experience to expand the network at SECUTIX." She boasts many years of experience in sales and ticketing and has worked for several ticketing companies, including Sales Director Music & Entertainment Ticketmaster and before that for CTS Eventim and XING Events.
