What we are looking for:

We are looking for a new Senior Product Manager to strengthen the team that drives the evolution of our products to meet the challenges of a fast-changing market and in key growth phase for our company. You will be managing one of the key solutions of our portfolio and lead a team of product managers in charge of sub-products/features for that solution. You will report to the Head of Product.

This is a position based in Lausanne, Switzerland.

Missions and responsibilities:

  • Hold and grow the product vision: align the product vision with the company and portfolio vision
  • Define and communicate a consolidated roadmap for your product, and ensure the alignment with feature product managers
  • Gather and consolidate market requirements by working with our geo leads, sales team, key account managers and customers.
  • Interact with Onboarding team and ensure an alignment the project delivery plan in line with the product roadmap
  • Develop a deep understanding of the event ticketing processes
  • Drive the development of features with the support of agile product owners: be accountable for the value delivered to our customers
  • Be the advocate of customer centricity with the Engineering team: ensure that customer needs are understood
  • Drive the adoption of new features: ensure with your team of product managers that the features are ready for adoption, lead actions to follow-up adoption with launch customers, measure product usage and feature adoptions with the support of our product data analyst
  • Support pre-sales activities, through the creation of sales collateral, evangelization of the product vision and leading functional design for the most complex customers
  • Collaborate with other product managers across the company to share knowledge

Skills, competencies and work experience:

  • Masters’ degree in Computer Science or a related field, or similar experience
  • 8+ years of experience as Product Manager, Product Owner or similar roles, preferably in a SaaS company, in particular for a B2B product
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills: you’ll need to effectively communicate your vision both internally and externally
  • People leadership skill: you will be leading and coaching a small team of product managers around your product
  • Experience working with several Agile cross-functional teams (SCRUM, SAFe)
  • Comfortable interacting with engineers and technical architects: we are a technology company at heart
  • Able to cope with high-pressure situations
  • Fluent in English
