Senior Marketing Specialist

In this role

Define & implement engagement campaigns with marketing automation tools

  • Admin management of marketing automation tools. Salesforce certifications will be highly valued.
  • Campaign creation, tracking and reporting with marketing automation tools.
  • Follow-up of the sales funnel and support of the customer journey with marketing actions
  • Manage budget into campaigns and MarCom plan in line with local and European targets
  • Report generation of the sales pipeline and the different marketing campaign impact in business.

Management of the corporate website

  • Management and follow-up between SEO and web development agency
  • Update content on the drupal CMS-based website
  • Manage translations for the web
  • Activation of web-based lead generation campaigns
  • Tracking key web performance metrics

Define & implement SEO strategy

  • Increase Brand Awareness in local markets and on a European level
  • Depending on campaigns, manage content creators or alternatively develop engaging online content including clickbait, forums, videos, graphics, and blogs; monitor and analyse content success
  • Ensure that the SEO strategy is well articulated in all digital assets
  • Track SEO performance on secutix.com and related web properties and propose corrective action plans
  • Manage SEO projects with website team and SEO agency, provide briefs, implement, and follow up on action plans
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitive environment and identify opportunities to differentiate

Define & implement paid media strategy

  • Own paid media strategy, optimise media mix model to drive web traffic and conversion growth
  • Manage allocation of ad budget into campaigns and MarCom plan in line with local and European targets
  • Develop integrated paid and organic programs to increase the marketing database and overall pipeline (content marketing, webinars, events)
  • Support LeadGen activities by providing recommendations on appropriate paid media strategies to maximise traffic on landing pages, events, and other marketing tactics

Measurement & Reporting

  • Create and monitor paid media campaigns, optimise for ROI
  • Report on website (organic) and ad performance
  • Develop performance dashboard to strategies have delivered against objectives
  • Analyse paid media campaigns KPIs and results in details, drawing insights and presenting results to facilitate sound, data-based decision making

About your profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing
  • 5+ years of experience in traffic acquisition with expert understanding of SEO, CRM, Paid Social and other paid media tactics, B2B focus and SaaS experience
  • Expertise in developing full digital media strategies to achieve brand and business goals
  • Excellence in working autonomy, communication skills and multidisciplinary teamwork
  • Passion for digital marketing
  • Capacity to work in project mode with other teams (content, website, territory task forces)
