We are looking for a Front-end Architect to reinforce our architecture team, support the software engineers and launch new modernization projects.

You will work with international colleagues to ensure the high-quality level of the features delivered to our 150+ customers/partners and millions of users worldwide. 

In this role

You will:

  • Own the technical innovation vision of SECUTIX online and front-end technologies
  • Demonstrate people and technical leadership to organize the modernization 
  • Coach and train the team to the new framework
  • Provides / improve the technical foundation for the implementation 
  • Contribute to offers by defining and estimating the technical solution
  • Act as expert in a particular domain of the system. Support all stakeholders, including customers and developers, that require support in the specific domain
  • In collaboration with Agile Teams, design innovative front-end solutions, with an emphasis on scalability, modularity, flexibility, and performance (AWS devOps, widget, rest services, …)
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trend of ever-changing web front-end development, experiment with various technologies, and build an harmonized vision for the multiple frontend components.
  • Coordinate with the development teams to implement and share best practices in the frontend fields.

About your profile

  • Master's degree in Computer Science
  • 3+ year experience as a front-end / online architect for a large system and modern technologies,
  • 5+ years of experience with front-end libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, jQuery, etc.
  • DevOps experience in AWS deployment, monitoring, peak performances
  • Proven record of driving large and system-wide modernization, stabilization and optimization projects
  • Experience with remote team collaboration (Vietnam, Spain, …)
  • HTML5/CSS3 and other cross-browser responsive applications
  • Proven experience in working on large-scale web applications
  • Good knowledge of advanced front-end development concepts such as modularization, micro front-ends, etc.
  • Deep understanding of client-side performance optimization techniques
  • Experience with JavaScript testing tools such as Jest, Karma, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with building tools such as Gulp, Webpack, etc. and package managers such as npm and yarn and their integration into CI/CD pipelines
  • Good knowledge of client-side vulnerabilities and security best practices
  • Continuously up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the web front-end development ecosystem
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, flexibility, team spirit, and general awesomeness in software engineering
  • Fluent in English, French is a plus
