Lennard Moons has been appointed as General Manager of SECUTIX for the Benelux and Nordic markets. Moons will contribute to the growth ambition of the Lausanne-headquartered company for its region.
Moons has more than 20 years of international commercial and operational experience in the technology and software industry gained in Southeast Asia, India, the US, Africa and Europe. He held multiple executive positions and was responsible for building, reorganising and digitising teams and customer experience organisations for global companies such as Stream Global Services (Concentrix), TLSContact, Agoda (Booking.com) and RIFFOnline.
Transparency in ticketing
At SECUTIX, Moons has found a great new challenge. SECUTIX's main objective for the Benelux and Scandinavian markets is to further expand the client portfolio and offer existing clients additional products & services which will allow clients to optimize their ticketing efforts, while creating an exceptional end-user experience. For Moons, this means that he will build an A-player expert team which can optimally serve clients in this region.
