In order to guarantee the continuity of our operations to serve you at best, SecuTix has put in place a series of measures to protect the health of our teams across Asia, Europe and the Americas. All our teams are now working remotely, our business continuity plans have been activated in order to protect our employees and your businesses and we leverage cloud technologies as we always have.
We will continue to closely monitor and assess the situation as it evolves and will be diligent about providing you with the best tools to face it. We are aware that with the closing of venues come cancellations and refund requests, directly impacting your ticketing revenues. Now more than ever, it is our role to support you with our technology.

Soon you will receive invitations to a series of webinars to help you to get the best of our platform in those uncertain times. Furthermore, we are providing specific assistance tailored to whether an event is postponed or cancelled completely. Some ticket holders are willing to support their clients by waiving the ticket refund fees and thus make a donation in favour of our customers´ institutions. Our support team will be there for you to configure this “Donation” functionality, and to suggest a procedure to convert a refund into a donation. You are our first priority, and all our teams will remain mobilized to support and to cover you in the best way possible.
Our product team are brainstorming daily to anticipate “the day after” e.g. find solutions to speed up the reboot of your operations and enable you to reengage with your audience. We anticipate that some form of social distancing will remain at first while your venues progressively re-open and we will help you to implement special measures that may emerge.
The world, and the live and event industry in particular, will recover. Equally, it is very likely new paradigms will emerge. In those times, as live entertainment professionals, we need to stay close to one another and support each other’s. SecuTix remains committed to you, your audience and move forward. Live entertainment and getting together to experience live emotions in venues is part of who we are as humans and has always been.
