The French group Compagnie des Alpes is a global leader in ski resort and theme park operations such as the Parc Astérix and the Grévin Museum.
 

Compagnie des Alpes wanted an integrated management solution allowing it to jointly cover the needs of the group’s various theme parks in France, Belgium and the Netherlands using the same, single platform.

The application that was implemented consisted of a comprehensive Ticketing solution (kiosk sales and back office sales), a set of advanced Customer relationship management features (contact management, marketing campaign management and business operations management), and Access Control.

Using SecuTix 360°’s advanced features and centralised approach, Compagnie des Alpes will enjoy real-time steerage and automated reporting of results, sales and operations.

Two of the group’s theme parks use SecuTix 360°. Deployment of the solution is underway at other theme parks, which will enhance operational efficiency of the group by pooling resources and tools.
